By enrolling in the Home Care Kickstarter FALL 2025 Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Investment:
   All payments made for this program are non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the trainings, templates, and proprietary materials included, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
   
2. Program Access:
   Upon successful registration, you will receive access to the course portal, digital downloads, and weekly live mentorship sessions beginning in September 2025. You are responsible for checking your email and logging into the platform provided.
   
3. Live Sessions & Replay Policy:
   Weekly Zoom sessions are hosted live, and replays will be available for a limited time. It is your responsibility to attend or watch the replay to stay on track. Missing live sessions does not warrant a refund or partial credit.
   
4. Intellectual Property Protection:
   All materials, templates, downloads, recordings, and live session content are the intellectual property of Savvy Business Chick™ and are for your personal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of any kind is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
   
5. Client Results Disclaimer:
   We do not guarantee specific licensing timelines or income results. Success is dependent on your effort, compliance with your state’s regulations, and consistent execution of the strategies provided. We provide tools, templates, and guidance — your results will vary based on your dedication and implementation.
   
6. Community Conduct:
   We are committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior in the mentorship sessions, WhatsApp group, or private platform will result in removal from the program without refund.
   
7. Payment Plan Responsibility (if applicable):
   If you enroll using a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failed or missed payments may result in access being paused or revoked until the account is brought current.
